Liz has been an LMT since 2009 specializing in medical massage. She has worked for several medical/massage facilities as well as running her own massage business. Liz specializes in deep tissue, scraping, cupping, myofascial, injury recovery, Kinesio taping, postural assessment and correction. Her goal is to help you feel and move better as well as help you learn to self-maintain. She is also licensed and certified to work on large animals. She most recently relocated to Moscow, Idaho with her family. In her free time Liz spends her time with her family racing motocross, attending horse shows, working with her animals and making soap and bath products. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking and gardening.
Not unlike traditional massage, however we take into account special considerations such as proper positioning with the use of bolsters, understanding contraindications for certain circumstances and making appropriate modifications to meet the needs of the expecting mother.
