Over the past **10+ years as a Registered Massage Therapist**, with 3,000 hours of training, my passion has evolved into a practice focused on **helping people reconnect with their bodies and regulate their nervous systems.** After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), I gained a much deeper appreciation for the connection between the nervous system, stress, and overall well-being. **This inspired me to further my education in CranioSacral Therapy**, where I found a gentle approach that honours the body's natural rhythms and innate capacity to heal. **My path also led me to the Hawaiian healing art of Lomi Lomi**, where I was drawn to its philosophy of treating the whole person with presence, compassion, and intention. Through ongoing study of Hawaiian culture and Ho'oponopono, I've found a way of practicing that feels deeply aligned with my own values. **To me, healing is an art.** Whether I'm offering bodywork, painting, playing music, or dancing hula, I believe each invites presence, creativity, and connection. These passions continue to shape the way I care for others and myself.
