I have been A Massage Therapist for sixteen years, and I have been practicing Massage in Boerne for the past five years. I have helped many clients with rehab after injury or surgery allowing them to rebound faster and with less pain. I have advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, TMJ, Sports Massage, range of motion issues, low back and hip conditions, rotator cuff, and neck and shoulder pain. I enjoy working with clients to help improve their quality of life, reach their fitness goals and keep their active bodies in motion.
