Massage
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphedema occurs when the lymph system is damaged or blocked. Fluid builds up in soft body tissues and causes swelling. Lipedema is a condition where fat cells overaccumulate in the limbs. We perform MLD and clear the pathways to healthy lymph nodes and apply Kinesio Tape to the area to aid in the flow of the lymph. We do not measure for compression bandages.
