I am a graduate of the Dayton School of Medical Massage in Lima, Ohio specializing in Swedish massage and deep tissue work. I believe that massage is extremely important in ones overall health and well-being. I also have certifications in Cupping, Pregnancy Massage, Oncology Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Myofascial Release. I am centrally located between Celina and Van Wert, Ohio. I am also a graduate of Rhodes State Colleges' Physical Therapist Assistant program. A customized session focused on relaxation or targeted pain relief. Best for one or two problem areas or general stress relief. If you have multiple areas of tension or want deeper longer-lasting results, the 90-miniute session is usually the better option.
