##About: **Zoe is a trusted therapist who will be covering some shifts for other practitioners at Paper Crane.** Zoe was initially interested in massage therapy because it helped her perform at a high level during her athletic career in university. She graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and since then she has gained experience working with a wide variety of patients. Patients including those managing chronic pain, recovering from sports-related injuries, or dealing with overuse and repetitive stress injuries. She believes in creating a comfortable and supportive environment for her patients. Her goal for her patients’ is to get them back to being pain free during their daily routine and provide a space for them to decompress mentally. Her treatments include Deep Tissue massage, Swedish Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, Passive Stretching, Joint Mobilizations, and Trigger Point Therapy. In her spare time, Zoe enjoys hiking, yoga, cooking, travelling and working out.
