Port Coquitlam Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic
Growing up playing hockey and baseball, I developed a deep appreciation for movement, fitness, and performance. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia Okanagan. Since graduating in 2022, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, helping individuals recover from both acute and chronic injuries. As a practicing member under BCAK, I use a functional testing approach to assess movement patterns and identify areas of improvement. I offer both hydrotherapy and gym-based sessions, tailoring my hands-on methods to the specific needs of each individual to facilitate recovery, improve mobility, and optimize overall well-being. Outside of work, I stay active by golfing and hiking in the summer and hitting the slopes for skiing in the winter.
