Amanda graduated from McKay Career Training in 2013, and is registered with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS). Over the years, she has received training in Myofascial Release (John F. Barnes technique), Craniosacral, Somatic movement, Shiatsu, and Myofascial Cupping treatment. She uses a variety of these modalities in her practice to give you the best possible treatment and help you move closer to a healthier and pain-free lifestyle. Amanda also has a passion for personal development and has taken training in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and transformational speaking. In her spare time she’s enjoying the outdoors, plays volleyball, and loves meeting new people!
