Tom holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, graduating from the University College of Osteopathy in London, England. Following his studies, he spent over two years working in a private multidisciplinary clinic, where he treated a wide range of conditions across diverse patient populations. Tom has experience treating conditions affecting all areas of the body, from disc herniations to shoulder, knee, and neck pain. His approach focuses on understanding why the body is responding in a certain way - whether through pain, stiffness, or muscle tension. By addressing the root cause, he aims not only to provide short-term relief but also to support long-term recovery and reduce the likelihood of recurring issues. His treatments incorporate a combination of manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue work, joint mobilization and manipulation, alongside tailored exercise advice to support rehabilitation. Tom places strong emphasis on understanding each individual’s needs and goals, recognizing that every patient is different. Outside of practice, Tom enjoys weight training and football to maintain his own health, performance, and overall well-being.
