I have always been very active in sports and recreation since I was a child, and that came with my fair share of injuries over the years! Physiotherapy has always helped to keep me participating in rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, and yoga - activities that I love! This inspired me to become a physiotherapist and learn how to rehab myself and pass on my knowledge and experience to help others too! I completed my undergraduate and research graduate degrees at the University of Toronto, and later my physiotherapy graduate degree at Dalhousie University. I’m dedicated to lifelong learning and stay up to date with the most recent research and rehabilitation guidelines. I enjoy using a combination of manual therapy, needling, cupping and exercise as part of my physiotherapy care. For those requiring a Chinese-speaking physiotherapist, I am fluent in both English and Cantonese, and conversational in Mandarin.
