Outside of her work, she enjoys family time, daily movement, and personal growth through reading. What is Osteopathy? Osteopathy is a hands-on, holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on how the body’s structure impacts its function . Using techniques like myofascial release, neuromuscular energy, and ligamentous articulation, osteopathic practitioners aim to restore mobility and balance across all layers of tissue —fascia, muscles, joints, nerves, and organs and their associated connective tissue. Unlike symptom-focused therapies, osteopathy addresses the root causes of dysfunction by considering the body as an interconnected whole. Treatments are gentle, individualized, and support the body’s natural ability to self-heal and self-regulate. Curious to learn more or ready to feel better? Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, managing a condition or just want to feel more at ease in your body, Traci-Ann is here to help.
