Meet Cole, a fitness enthusiast hailing from the picturesque Vancouver Island, surrounded by the stunning landscapes of the West Coast. Cole first developed a love for the outdoors that would eventually intertwine with his journey and transition into the world of fitness and exercise rehabilitation. Cole spent a majority of his early life on the baseball field, a pivotal moment that led him to discover his true passion in health and fitness. Fuelled by the desire for personal growth and well-being, he slowly transitioned from the diamond to the gym, embarking on a transformative journey that would redefine his lifestyle. Recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Cole has immersed himself in the scientific study of human movement and exercise which has served as a foundation for his comprehensive understanding of the human body as it relates to movement. Cole’s academic background enables him to tailor exercise rehabilitation programs that are not only effective but also rooted in research support and foundational principles of healing. Cole is in the process of registering as a Kinesiologist. He is also currently a certified personal trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and has over five years of hands-on experience working with various populations, experience levels, and goals ranging from performance to rehabilitation.
