Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Manual Therapy (Canadian Physiotherapy Association) – Level 1 Master of Physical Therapy (MPT), University of Western Ontario (2024) Bachelor of Science specializing in Kinesiology Honours (BScH), Queen’s University (2022) Areas of Expertise: Jenna takes a patient-centered approach to care, focusing on understanding her clients’ goals, lifestyles, and passions. She works collaboratively to help individuals recover, prevent future injuries, and stay active no matter where they’re starting from. While Jenna treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, she has a special interest in athletic and running-related injuries, as well as pediatrics. Her aim is always to empower clients with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in their movement journey. About: Jenna is proud to call Port Moody home! Growing up in the area, she developed a strong connection to the community and a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Before becoming a physio, she even spent time working in our local parks - something that further shaped both her love of movement and nature. Why she became a Physiotherapist: Jenna’s interest in this field began when she was being treated for her own injuries as a patient here at Impulse! Her experiences inspired her to help others recover from and prevent injuries. During university, she worked as a student athletic trainer for Queen’s University Varsity Soccer, providing on-field and in-clinic support; this reinforced her passion for rehabilitative care. Athletics: Jenna grew up in competitive highland dance and soccer. With dance, she has competed across Canada and internationally and spent two summers performing as part of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo Dance Company in Scotland. More recently, she has focused on distance running, hiking, and strength training - she will be running the Boston marathon this April (2026)! Something you should know about Jenna: She has a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Maverick who is a total couch potato and will run away at the word “walk.” But once he is outside, he’s all in, especially enjoying fishing at Buntzen Lake (though he’s never caught one) and trail running with Jenna and her dad.
