Rasna graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Waterloo. Rasna believes that one of the most important roles of a physiotherapist is patient education. She values collaborative discussions that empower individuals to understand their condition, actively participate in their care, and make informed decisions throughout their rehabilitation journey. She has gained diverse clinical experience across both hospital and outpatient settings, working in orthopaedics, concussion management, stroke rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and paediatrics. This breadth of experience allows her to adapt her approach to meet the unique needs of patients across all populations and a wide range of conditions. With ongoing research candidacy in the field of hip conditions, Rasna is committed to individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation. She integrates current research with clinical knowledge to deliver effective care tailored to each patient. Outside of work, Rasna enjoys dancing, going on hikes, and watching documentaries/video essays.
1 hour initial appointment including assessment and treatment. This appointment is also required for current patients with a new injury/area that has not been treated.
