Tia is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Originally from Toronto and raised in Vancouver, Tia was a competitive figure skater for 11 years, with a background in professional skating, ballet, and athletic training. Her athletic background continues to shape her approach to treatment, with a focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall functional wellness. Tia has hands-on experience working with diverse populations, including pre- and post-natal patients, seniors, athletes, and individuals with neurological conditions. She uses a range of therapeutic techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. Known for her warm and supportive nature, Tia is committed to helping clients feel understood, cared for, and empowered in their health journey.
