I chose a career in Naturopathic Medicine because when I experienced a bout of debilitating illness, it was there to not only support and guide me back to health, but showed me that my well-being really was within my control. I hope to show all my patients that although their health concerns may at times seem overwhelming, committing to the Naturopathic approach gives you more say in your body and how you live your life. I am especially passionate about promoting well-family care. My specialized areas of focus include pregnancy & postpartum, labour support, breastfeeding, womens health, childrens health and stress management. Outside of my practice, I enjoy playing my 1909 piano, learning about urban agriculture and connecting with Calgarys local food scene.
