Naturopathic Doctor Megan Parker is the owner of It Starts with Nature Health Clinic in Humboldt. Dr. Megan graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2013. Before moving to Toronto to begin studies at CCNM, Dr. Megan graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology in 2009. Naturopathic medicine is a distinct primary health care system that combines modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine. The Naturopathic Doctor aims to stimulate the healing power of the body and to treat the underlying cause of disease. When away from the clinic, she can be found spending time with family and friends, playing sports, and spending time outdoors.
*Effective October 1, fees for initial intakes will be $250.*Initial assessment for new patients involves reviewing current complaints, past medical history and health goals. A physical exam will be perform as well as a review of any recent labs you may have had done.
