I started my own business out of my home right out of massage school in 2019. I like to mix traditional swedish relaxation techniques with more of a sports massage take. You WILL feel different when you leave your session and you WILL be back and probably send all your friends and family too! You may get to meet my cats while you are here, they enjoy meeting new people and being my mascots!
Massage
I will travel to your location with my equipment where you will receive my Signature mix of myofascial release, trigger therapy, movement, stretching and Swedish methods. Mileage charges will apply if farther than 15 miles from Maryville.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph fluid. Buccal Massage involves the areas of the jaw and cheeks. External and Intra-oral myofascial release is used to slowly relax the tissues of this area. This can clear sinuses, create space in the jaw, ease headaches and also lift and sculpt the facial appearance. 90 minutes includes neck relaxation work and increased attention to trouble spots.
