Thalia has been working as a BC Registered Massage Therapist since 2015. She completed her training at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge, Ontario. Originally from the Ottawa Valley in eastern Ontario, Thalia grew up on a small-scale organic farm. Her upbringing nurtured an appreciation for good food, physical wellness, and the outdoors. This lead her to pursue a science degree in Human Kinetics, which eventually proved to be a great compliment to a massage therapy practice. Guided by her intuitive approach, her treatments are based around Swedish massage, Craniosacral Therapy and myofascial release. Thalia places strong value in complementary health care that empowers individuals to be an active part of their own health and healing process. Thalia is eager to continue learning and expanding her knowledge and skills in order to help people better develop an awareness of their own potential of well-being. Thalia has completed her CST1, CST2, and SER1 in Craniosacral Therapy through the Uppledger Institute.
