I am a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in Sports Science, bringing a well-rounded understanding of human movement, rehabilitation, and patient care to every treatment. I am passionate about helping patients reduce pain, recover from injuries, improve mobility, and achieve their individual health and wellness goals. I take a patient-centered approach, tailoring each treatment to your specific needs through a combination of therapeutic massage, education, and movement-based strategies. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy strength training, boxing, running, rock climbing, and spending time outdoors. My passion for movement and active living helps me better understand the goals of my patients, ranging from recreational exercisers to competitive athletes.
