MVNT Zen: At your house

Greater Montreal Area, Quebec, Canada

This 60-minute session is ideal for clients who want a focused follow-up treatment or a relaxing reset. It provides enough time to work on 1–2 priority areas with precision, or to enjoy a full-body relaxation massage without deep therapeutic intensity. What to Expect: •Targeted Follow-Up Work: If you’ve had a longer treatment before, this session is perfect for maintaining progress. I focus on the areas we’ve already been working on to support ongoing healing, mobility, and tension release. •Relaxing Full-Body Flow (Optional): If you’re coming in to unwind, the 60 minutes offers a smooth, calming massage designed to reduce stress, quiet the nervous system, and leave you feeling refreshed. •Customized Techniques: Depending on your needs, your session may include: •Relaxation/Swedish techniques •Light to moderate therapeutic work •Deep tissue •Myofascial release •Mobility work •Flow Movement Therapy (optional add-on) •Efficient & Effective: This session is not meant for intensive, full-body therapeutic work. For more detailed muscle treatment or multiple areas of concern, the 90- or 120-minute sessions are recommended. Who This Is For: Clients wanting: •A follow-up after a longer treatment •Maintenance work on specific areas •A light therapeutic session •A relaxing, stress-relieving massage
