Neetu Hans graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College and works with patients from a variety of backgrounds and activity levels. One of Neetu’s particular areas of interest is maternity care, including prenatal and postnatal massage. She enjoys helping women navigate the physical changes associated with pregnancy and the postpartum period through massage therapy adapted to their individual comfort and needs. Her clinical experience also includes working with varsity athletes focused on performance and recovery, as well as individuals living with long-term disabilities who require ongoing therapeutic care. This range of experience has taught her the importance of adapting treatment rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Neetu may incorporate myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue techniques, and Swedish massage depending on the patient's presentation and treatment objectives. She aims to make each appointment a collaborative experience, where patients can communicate their concerns and preferences and have their treatment adjusted accordingly.
