Federico a toujours entretenu un vif intérêt pour l’exercice physique et le sport. Que ce soit le hockey, l’entraînement en musculation ou toute autre activité sportive, il a toujours été passionné par le mouvement. Il a obtenu son baccalauréat en kinésiologie en 2017 ainsi que sa maîtrise en physiothérapie en 2020 à l’Université McGill. Il s’efforce d’outiller et d’éduquer ses patients afin qu’ils intègrent l’exercice comme élément essentiel, non seulement dans leur réadaptation, mais aussi dans le maintien d’un mode de vie sain. Ayant lui-même vécu plusieurs commotions cérébrales, Federico s’est intéressé plus particulièrement à la prise en charge des commotions et à la réadaptation vestibulaire afin de mieux répondre aux besoins de cette clientèle. Il adopte une approche personnalisée et fondée sur les données probantes pour aider chacun de ses patients à atteindre ses objectifs, qu’ils soient grands ou petits. À l’extérieur de la clinique, Federico aime jouer au hockey-balle, jouer à des jeux vidéo et profite de toutes les occasions pour explorer Montréal avec son jeune fils. -- Federico has always maintained a strong interest in exercise and sport. Whether it be hockey, weightlifting, or any other sport, there has always been an interest centred around movement. He completed both his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and his Master's degree in Physiotherapy at McGill University in 2017 and 2020, respectively. He strives to empower and educate his patients to adopt exercise as a key component not only of injury recovery, but also of a healthy lifestyle. With a history of concussions, he was driven to study concussion care and vestibular rehabilitation in greater depth to better serve those in need. Federico uses a personalized, evidence-based approach to help his patients achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. Outside of the clinic, Federico enjoys playing ball hockey, video games, and is always looking for an opportunity to explore Montreal with his infant son.
