My name is Leigh Benigni. I am a licensed massage therapist, having completed my training at Irene's Myomassology Institute. I have been trained in a variety of massage modalities including trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and oncology massage. I provide non-judgmental care that honors my clients' dignity, their unique health goals, and the space they need to heal whether in mind, body, or spirit.
Therapeutic Massage combines Swedish Massage Techniques such as Effleurage (soothing, gliding) and Petrissage (kneading, lifting, rolling) with deeper tissue techniques. Therapeutic Massage is beneficial in relieving deep muscle soreness and muscle spasms, as well as allowing an increased range of motion.
