I was attracted to therapeutic massage after sustaining a neck injury as a teenager. I have spent last sixteen years learning,reading and growing as therapist. I enjoy reading about pain science and feel as though there is always something to learn. I customize each session or series to the unique needs and goals of the client. Neuromuscular Therapy, sports massage techniques, and trigger point therapy are a few of the tools I use help my clients heal.
This session provides enough time for pre and post assessment and discussion of your goals. The whole body can be addressed during this session, or we can choose to spend the entire session on a specific region of the body to jump start your healing. This time includes an in-depth assessment as needed and post care instructions.
