Dr. Vishaala Singh is a licensed and board-certified Naturopathic Doctor. Prior to completing her degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph. Vishaala is passionate about educating and motivating her patients to achieve their health goals. She believes that each patient is unique, and therefore should receive individualized care tailored to their particular needs and lifestyle. She is well versed in treating various conditions, but has a special interest in women’s health concerns, preconception/postpartum care, skin health, weight loss and autoimmune conditions. She takes pride in empowering women of all ages and stages to prioritize their health because she knows how hard it can often be for women to put themselves first. Vishaala provides safe, well-researched and effective treatments using a variety of therapies including acupuncture, herbal medicine, clinical nutrition and supplementation, and lifestyle counselling. She recognizes the importance of both naturopathic and conventional medicine and aims to work as closely as possible with her patient’s physicians in order to provide comprehensive and integrative medical care. As a member of the OAND (Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors) and CAND (Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors), Vishaala participates in continued education courses regularly so that she can stay up-to-date with the most recent medical research and natural therapies. Vishaala has completed extra training in facial rejuvenation and cosmetic acupuncture and is also a naturopathic birth doula.
