In the past, Helen dedicated over a decade of her life to office work, where she became intimately familiar with the toll that long hours at a computer can take on the body. This awareness sparked a profound desire for change, leading her to transition into the health industry. Choosing to become a Massage Therapist, Helen focused on alleviating the pain and tension that many carry in their necks and shoulders, as well as addressing issues like pain radiating down the arms and lower back. Her firsthand experience with the discomfort of sedentary work gave her unique insight into the struggles of her patients. Driven by her passion for holistic healing, Helen soon expanded her expertise to include Acupuncture. She immersed herself in her studies and, even after completing her program, continued to seek knowledge about the body, pain management, and empathetic patient care. Helen takes the time to listen to her patients’ concerns, crafting personalized treatment plans that integrate both massage therapy and acupuncture for maximum benefit. Excited about this new chapter in her life, Helen is dedicated to helping others navigate their pain and improve their well-being through her combined therapeutic approach. Her journey reflects a commitment not only to her own healing but also to the healing of those around her. Due to specialization in targeted treatments, I offer 30 minutes massage session to ensure focused effective care.
