Caroline Vrba, R.M.T., has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 28 years and is a member of the International Association of Health Care Practitioners, The Massage Therapy Association of BC and College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC. She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy of BC in 1997, and has an undergraduate degree in Physical Education from the University of Western Ontario in 1994. As an RMT, she has experience working with people of all ages from infancy, to children and adults. Caroline is inspired to help others heal and recover from acute and chronic injuries such as whiplash, concussions, headaches, sinus problems, TMJD, Long Covid, muscle strains and ligament sprains, back/neck pain, upper body/lower body pain, sport injuries and recovery from surgeries. Caroline supports people with acute injuries and chronic illnesses such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, swelling or pain in the back, neck, arms/hands, legs/feet and central nervous system dysfunction. She is trained to perform treatments such as Deep Tissue Massage, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Visceral Manipulation, Kinesiotaping, and Brain Therapy with Brain Reflexes integration and Relaxation Treatments.

Massage

Hot Stone Treatment includes the use of hot stones to reduce your stress and muscle tension, decrease pain, providing effective relief for sore ache muscles and injuries. Use of deep tissue, Swedish massage, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy and Brain Therapy may be applied. Hot stone treatments are covered by insurance and it includes alternating between the use of the hot stones and the use of all Caroline’s techniques, which include; Deep tissue, Swedish massage, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Brain Therapy and Visceral Manipulation depending on what your body needs.
