Dr. Sunny Jangwal received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Magna Cum Laude honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). He has also completed a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health science from York University as well as a diploma in massage therapy from Sutherland-Chan school of massage therapy. In addition to his studies, Dr. Sunny has completed training in sports massage, athletic taping, soft tissue release techniques, athletic movement assessment, cranio-sacral therapy, and a certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University. Sports Conditioning Experience Dr. Sunny has extensive clinical experience treating injuries in people of varying ages and skill levels but has also worked with pro athletes in a variety of sports settings. His past experiences include working with triathletes, marathon runners, with Toronto Croatia in the Canadian Soccer League, and with the Toronto Marlies. Dr. Sunny prioritizes evidence-based care and individualized plans to help rehabilitate and increase performance in his patients. His hands-on approach includes a variety of manual therapy techniques in combination with exercise prescription and patient education. When Dr. Sunny is not in the clinic he‘s likely watching sports, playing soccer, or he’s at the Sutherland-Chan school of massage therapy where he is a clinical supervisor teaching the next generation of massage therapists.
