Monica completed her bachelors in Kinesiology with honours where she worked as a kinesiologist alongside physiotherapists who inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. She obtained her Master’s in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen Scotland. Monica takes an evidence-based approach to physiotherapy while tailoring individualized treatment plans that are meaningful to you. With a passion for strength training, she has clinical experience working with orthopaedic injuries, amputees, and acute hospital admissions. Monica believes in helping those be the best versions of themselves whether it is returning to sport or being pain-free. She uses manual therapy, fascial stretching, joint mobilizations, exercise training, and cupping techniques.

Initial Assessment

The therapist will take a history, test range of motion, perform orthopedic and neurological exams, and present a report of findings.
