Mercedes was born with an unyielding desire to help others which was a guiding force in her becoming a Massage Therapist. During an Initial Visit she will ask many questions and allow time to understand each patient’s true needs. This enables her to provide a personalized treatment plan designed to address the obvious as well as subtle layers of an issue. She uses various direct and indirect massage techniques to assist her patients in achieving their health and wellness goals. As she witnesses the positive changes in her patients it inspires her to grow and give even more. She believes that when people truly heal it creates a ripple effect out into the world that can change anything. Mercedes feels incredibly fortunate to be supporting her patients to understanding their body on a more significant level. Her intention is to empower and inspire everyone that walks through her door to move forward in their lives with more knowledge and support within themselves.
