Dr. Catherine Krok began her education at SUNY Geneseo where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. As a college athlete, Dr. Krok learned the immense benefit of chiropractic treatment for athletic injuries and rehabilitation. This led her to D’Youville College where she pursued her Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree, graduating magna cum laude with department awards. She practiced in Buffalo, NY for 3 years before deciding to move to Rochester and join the team at East Avenue Chiropractic! In practice, Dr. Krok utilizes many evidence-based techniques and a variety of adjusting styles, ensuring each patient receives the best possible care. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, spending time with her family, and chasing after her french bulldog, Stevie.
