Angela Mrau

I am an experienced and skilled massage therapist that has developed my practice over the last 17 years to assist people on their path to wellness in a supportive manner. I graduated from the 3000-hour program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2008 where my training prepared me to safely address a wide variety of issues and ailments. My treatment modalities include deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, trigger point release, Swedish Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage, and stretching, I have a special interest in perinatal care (in which I have advanced training) TMJ concerns and Manual Lymph Drainage ( Applied MLD therapist Dr Vodder Level 2 certified). I am not yet trained in level 3 so currently not able to treat lymphedema related to cancer or any other health issues related to a compromised lymphatic system. I also offer a unique Head , Neck and Face massage appointment that can be helpful for many conditions including headaches and concussion symptoms. My passion for wellbeing motivates me to have an impact on others who are looking for improvement on their path to wellness. I am also a certified yoga instructor and am able to incorporate the benefits of yoga into my practice when suitable. I aim to provide genuine holistic care customized to my clients’ individual needs within a calm and nurturing environment and l look forward to assisting you in the enhancement of your health and wellbeing.
