Baljit has an intuitive approach to massage therapy, tailoring each treatment with thoughtfulness. He incorporates Swedish, Myofascial release, Trigger Point therapy, stretching, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) into his treatment plan and has a patient centered care approach. Outside of the clinic setting you will find Baljit spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys working out, being outdoors, and watching sports.
