Dr. Kimberley Schneberk

Dr. Schneberk, Dr. TCM, graduated from the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Vancouver (ICTCM) in 2002, completing 4 of her total 8 years of study in both Eastern and Western medicine. Following her graduation from ICTCM and successful completion of the Provincial Acupuncture Licensing Exam, she completed the Provincial Doctorate Licensing Exam for Traditional Chinese Medicine in British Columbia, earning the designation of Dr. TCM. Since then, she has worked with a diverse patient population throughout the Lower Mainland in both private and public institutions, with a primary focus on the treatment of substance use and mental illness. From 2017 to 2022, she served as a member of the CTCMA (now CCHPBC) Board of Directors and held the position of Vice-Chair from 2019 to 2021. From 2015 to 2023, she received successive appointments from the Minister of Health as a professional member of the Healthcare Practitioners Special Committee for Audit. As a lifelong learner, Dr. Schneberk has completed extensive postgraduate training in several areas of special interest, including palliative and end-of-life care, trauma-informed practice, and Indigenous Cultural Safety, Anti-Bias, and Anti-Discrimination. Since moving to the North Shore in 2002, Dr. Schneberk has embraced many of the athletic opportunities the region offers. Her greatest passion, however, is open-water and ocean swimming. As part of the Moveo team, she takes a person-centred approach to care, meeting patients where they are and integrating a variety of treatment methods to best support their individual needs. Dr. Schneberk welcomes patients seeking care for acute and chronic conditions, general health maintenance, life-limiting illnesses, and additional palliative care support.
