About Nico I believe physiotherapy is about reintroducing optimal movement in people’s lives. The many tools in my belt allow me to guide clients along their rehabilitation journey, working with them to manage pain and create a more resilient, adaptable body. Before obtaining my Master’s Degree in physiotherapy, I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta. I’ve had the opportunity to work with Golden Bears Volleyball, Hockey, FC Edmonton, and the Edmonton Stingers, giving me a wide understanding of sporting injuries. I use a combination of exercise, manual therapy, and dry-needling. I perform running assessments with video analysis and program recommendations. I am TPI certified and perform golf assessments to compare your body mechanics to your swing style. We then connect the dots to reduce pain, or improve performance (increased speed and consistency) I have a special interest in working with runners, golfers, volleyball players, and field athletes! Je parle français!
