Shannon is a licensed massage therapist that graduated from SHI Medical Massage school in Lebanon, OH in 2016. Specializing in chronic pain management and energy healing, she has taken a mindbody perspective and approach to health and wellness. Since graduating and receiving her license from the Ohio Medical Board, she had continued her education with Traditional Chinese Cupping, Aromatherapy, Tibetian Usuii Reiki Mastery, and is currently working on receiving her bachelor’s degree in Sports Science at Wright State University. In addition, she considers herself more of a deep tissue therapist with emphasis on neuromuscular therapy with relaxation techniques. Shannon believes that health and healing is multifaceted and needs proper support in the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional body, and is excited to be among so many medical professionals that are as passionate about caring for others. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, exercising, and spending time in the outdoors. In the future, she is eager to continue her strength and conditioning education and add breath work to her field of study. She looks forward to meeting and holding space for you on your journey to a healthier and more balanced life.
