My name is Heather and I am a Neuromuscular Therapist. I specialize in deep tissue, cranio-sacral and energy/sound therapy. I have been a certified, practicing therapist since 2003, working mostly in mobile massage. Having recently converted a room in my home into a massage room, I am really excited to offer my services to the local tri-cities community. I am also a certified yoga instructor, offering one-on-one and group yoga classes, as well as singing bowl sound therapy. I recently added trigger point therapy, traditional Chinese cupping therapy, and Thai Stretching to my sessions. Lymphatic Drainage
Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues . This session will include the vacuum cupping as well as static to help move lymph and treat problem areas.
