Kaitlin is a Licensed Massage Therapist (2008) and Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist (2021), with additional training as a DONA-approved doula (2018). Her passion lies in supporting the well-being of her clients through bodywork, providing comfort and relaxation to all birthing individuals both before and after childbirth. As a 200-hour Expert Registered Yoga Teacher, Kaitlin has co-led several teacher training programs and is currently working toward her Prenatal Yoga Certification. She is also a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor through Kerala Ayurveda Academy, integrating ancient self-healing principles into her practice. Driven by a love for anatomy, movement, and holistic wellness, Kaitlin is dedicated to helping others feel strong and comfortable in their bodies. She combines the healing touch of massage therapy with the mindfulness of yoga and the wisdom of Ayurveda to create balance in mind, body, and spirit, fostering both health preservation and illness prevention. In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys learning, hiking, camping during the summer, and attending rock concerts.

Our 60- and 90-minute therapeutic massages are performed on a padded table, with a warmer available for comfort. You'll be modestly draped with sheets and blankets and can undress to your comfort level. Sessions may include face-down, face-up, or side-lying positions based on your needs. Each massage begins with a brief consultation to identify focus areas to the therapist can tailor the session using their unique training and experience. Afterward, we recommend rest and hydration to support your body’s recovery and integration.
