Wendy’s journey into physiotherapy started with her curiosity about how resilient the human body is and how it adapts to every challenge we throw at it. She earned her Master’s of Physiotherapy at the University of Limerick in Ireland and has gained experience across a diverse range of settings, from sports and musculoskeletal care to neurological rehabilitation. Now a Physiotherapy Resident with a background in Athletic and Exercise Therapy, Wendy is driven by passion for helping people move with confidence and rebuild trust in their bodies. With previous experience as an athletic therapy and personal trainer, she has a particular interest in treating sports injuries and optimizing movement. Wendy is a lifelong learner who values evidence-based care and continuous professional development. Her approach to physiotherapy centres on a combination of manual therapy, patient education, and individualized exercise prescription. She believes that understanding the body, the injury, and the recovery process empowers patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation, helping them get back to doing what they love most.
