Ashley Clavelle

Ashley earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Camosun College and has spent many years working at Back To Back. During this time she has gain experience in a variety of positions including reception, chiropractic assisting, and operating the decompression table. She has also taught exercise classes for seniors and supported youth athletes with strength and conditioning providing her experience working with people across different ages and activity levels. Having competed in swimming, Ashley has a personal appreciation for the dedication required to achieve athletic goals and remains an avid swimmer today. She also enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. In her practice Ashley focuses on understanding each client as an individual and tailoring her approach to their specific needs and goals. She enjoys, helping people improve their strength and confidence while working towards a return to the activities that are important to them whether that means sport, work, or every day life.
