Im a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified End-of-Life Doula with a Bachelors degree in Social Work and a deep calling to support people through both healing and transition. My professional path bridges two distinct, yet deeply connected forms of care: therapeutic bodywork and compassionate end-of-life support. As a seasoned massage therapist, I bring over a decade of experience in tailored, client-centered care. My training includes Swedish, deep tissue, medical massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching. Every session is thoughtfully adapted to meet the individuals needswhether theyre seeking relief, restoration, or simply a place to breathe and let go. In my role as an end-of-life doula, I offer presence, guidance, and emotional support for individuals, families, and caregivers navigating the final chapter of life. My background in social work and experience as a hospice volunteer complement this work beautifully, allowing me to hold space with warmth, sensitivity, and professionalism. Whether Im helping to ease physical tension or supporting a peaceful transition, my approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to bring comfortbody and soul.
