She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Tiffany brings a comprehensive, client-centered approach to care. She is dedicated to understanding the unique factors contributing to each individual’s condition through thorough assessment and holistic physical examination. Her practice emphasizes identifying root causes rather than just treating symptoms. Tiffany integrates manual therapy, education, and techniques such as dry-needling and taping with evidence-based, personalized home exercise programs. Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to chronic neck and back pain, scoliosis, sports injuries, dizziness and vertigo, and pelvic floor dysfunction such as urinary incontinence. Recently stepping into her role as clinic owner and director, Tiffany is committed to bring a supportive environment for both her team and her clients, while continuing to advance her own clinical knowledge through ongoing education. In her spare time, Tiffany is an avid rock climber and fencer. She is passionate about bridging her physiotherapy expertise with these two sports and is eager to support more climbers and fencers in preventing/rehabbing injury, enhancing performance, and returning to the activities they love. Tiffany is fluent in English and Mandarin.
