I've always had a passion for helping others and my journey stretches back to me as a young girl massaging my dad's back. The joy it brought him gave me a sense of purpose which I strive to achieve in my clients today. In 2010 I was licensed and recruited to a chiropractic office in Newnan, Georgia. It was there that I discovered my passion for pregnancy, pain management and recovery massage. In 2019 I was ready to start out on my own and that was the start of my mobile massage career.
Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. A variety of techniques will be used that promote relaxation, decrease aches/pains caused from your changing and may also help to reduce any swelling.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This technique can help to reduce recovery time after an injury, surgery, cosmetic procedure. MLD can also be used to aid in detox/cleanses.
