Spencer Giddings is a bilingual physiotherapist who completed both his Bachelor’s in Human Kinetics in 2022 and Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2024 at the University of Ottawa. Throughout his life, Spencer has been actively involved in a variety of sports, including cross-country, track and field, soccer, and ultimate frisbee. These experiences fostered a deep passion for physical health, rehabilitation, and helping others overcome injuries, inspired by his own experience with sports-related injuries. Before pursuing physiotherapy, Spencer worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor for many years, which strengthened his dedication to improving others’ well-being. His diverse athletic background and professional experience have equipped him to support individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals. With a strong focus on patient education, personalized care, and a holistic approach, Spencer is committed to guiding clients on their path to recovery and optimal performance. He believes that while physiotherapy is often used to treat injuries, it should also be utilized as a preventative measure, encouraging clients to strengthen their bodies and reduce the risk of injury before it happens.
