Massage Therapy
Swedish massage is a very popular massage technique. The pressure can range from a very light touch to firm, stretches are sometimes included which helps you have an extended range of motion. The session includes a hot stone application (where needed), aromatherapy and herbal infused hot towels.
Reflexology
