In April of 1997 I graduated from Omaha School of Massage Therapy with 1000 hours of Training. I passed my boards to be Nationally Certified in May. In 2007 I graduated with a Bachelor in Science degree with emphasis on fitness management. I am a therapeutic Massage Therapist and love to help people heal thebody from pain. My training include Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Massage, and Orthopedic Massage. My otherhobbies include training and competing in triathlons.
This massage uses a variety of techniques such as Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports/Orthopedic Massage, Swedish and/or Cupping Therapy to help with chronic tension and muscle injuries or just needing to relax.
