From a young age Dr. Emily knew she wanted to help people through health care. Still unsure of her end goal, she started university with the intent of going to medical school. Dr. Emily then found chiropractic for the first time, and saw the impact it could have immediately. It wasn’t long until she changed plans and started working towards becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Emily completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta, and her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the University of Western States, in Portland Oregon in 2020. She has completed additional training in pregnancy and pediatric care through the ICPA, including her Webster Certification. Dr. Emily is also trained in Craniosacral Therapy, and Activator Method among others. She is passionate about helping her patients reach their health potential through adjusting, soft tissue treatment, and/or exercise rehabilitation. When not in the office, you can find Dr. Emily running around with her son Carter and puppy Chloe, debating sports with her husband Alex, or finding time to squeeze in a workout, play soccer, or work on a puzzle.
