Dr. Anna is a New Orleans native that made her way to Houston with a fire to help people. She graduated from Texas Chiropractic College where she did her preceptorship focusing on athletic recovery. Dr. A is SFMA/FMS and Graston Technique certified to provide the best care for her patients. Through her journey, she found her passion supporting women through all phases of life, whether it be preparing for their next competition, preconception, birth , or the postpartum journey. Dr. Anna is also a BirthFit Coach and is Webster Technique Certified to help best serve moms. She is an avid powerlifter and enjoys helping athletes recover and optimize their potential.
