I graduated from MacEwan University’s Clinical Massage Therapy program in June 2022. Navigating years of chronic muscle tension and injury taught me that massage therapy is far more than a luxury—it is an important part of healthcare and overall well-being. My personal experiences inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to helping others find relief, restore function, and feel more comfortable in their bodies. My approach is rooted in nervous system regulation and addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to chronic tension and pain. Rather than relying solely on pressure, I combine therapeutic massage, advanced myofascial techniques, and movement-based therapies to encourage the body to release tension naturally. My goal is to help clients experience meaningful, lasting relief while improving relaxation, mobility, and overall quality of life. Having experienced chronic pain myself, I understand how exhausting it can be to live in a body that feels constantly tight, guarded, or uncomfortable. This perspective has shaped my treatment philosophy and deepened my appreciation for treatments that work with the body rather than against it. Committed to lifelong learning, I am continually expanding my education and skills to better support clients through all stages of health and wellness.
